This software Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the end-user and the Authors of the Software. By using our software or storing a copy on any media, you agree to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement.
BlogNewsCMS Software is distributed "AS IS". NO WARRANY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. You use our software AT YOUR OWN RISK. BlogNewsCMS Author hereby disclaims all warranties and guarantees regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. The Author will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, direct or indirect damages. You Also agree that the disclaimer is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and in any communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of disclaimer.

You not permitted to distribute copies of this software to any third party.
We provide 2 different Licences of the software with different conditions
General Licence - The Software is licenced to an Individual and may be used on an unlimited number of servers and websites at the same time. This licence cannot be sold or transferred. If a website with a General Licence is sold, the New website owner MUST purchase a General Licence if they do not already have one. A General Licence will produce web pages with a "Powered by BlogNewsCMS" Link embedded
Unbranded Licence - The Software is licenced to an Individual and a Domain Name. This type of licence can be transferred to another individual but not to another domain name. A transfer fee is applicable to transfer the licence. The Professional Licence provides the same software, with the same features with the exception that it does not include a "Powered by BlogNewsCMS" embedded link.
Professional Licence - The same Terms as the Unbranded licence except that the name of the main file can be nominated by the user. This removes BlognewsCMS.php as part of the URL.
Pricing
General Licence for Version 1.x $4.95
Unbranded Licence for Version 1.x $19.95
Professional Licence for Version 1.x $34.95
Installation on your Web server $10/per Server.
We will shortly be adding a shopping Cart with Electronic Delivery of the Scripts. Once Payment has been made the Files will be sent within 24 hours to your Paypal Email address. Please download the Test Scripts to ensure your Server supports IonCube Loader or Runtime loading of the IonCube Files before purchasing. We offer no refunds on any licence once payment has been made.
